2. Booking & Cancellation Policy

To maintain the integrity and energetic commitment of our schedule, the following policies apply to all live appointments booked via Acuity:

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your virtual appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled time slot through your booking confirmation email.

• Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment, or failure to show up to your scheduled digital meeting, will result in the forfeiture of your booking fee. No refunds will be issued for missed appointments.

3. Digital Products & Self-Paced Services

For all purchases made through the Squarespace Store (including Intuitive Email Readings and Pocket Guidance services):

• All Sales Are Final: Due to the personalized, custom nature of digital readings and advisory services, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is submitted.

• Delivery Windows: On-demand digital products are delivered straight to your inbox within the timeline specified at checkout. Ad Astra, A Healing Space is not responsible for delayed delivery due to incorrectly entered email addresses.
